Strawberry Cricket Powder Boost

Chirp Nation Strawberry Superfood Boost Smoothie - Cricket Powder

                                                                                  

Ingredients:
 
1 cup milk of your choice 
1.5 tablespoons ChirpNation Cricket powder
150g strawberries
2 tbsp peanut butter - smooth or crunchy - we like to use a crunchy base
2 tbsp yogurt of your choice 
2 tbsp rolled oats
2-3 Ice blocks - optional
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
0.5 teaspoons cinnamon 
     
    Directions:
     
    Step 1
    Blend oats into a fine powder.
     
    Step 2
    Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
     
    Perfect to start off your day with an extra nutritious protein rich boost
