Banana Oat Pancakes with a Bugging Superfood Twist

Easy Gluten & Sugar-Free Banana Oat Pancakes with a Nutritious Bugging Twist


    2 Ripe Banana's (the more ripe the better)
    1 Full egg
    1 egg white 
    1/2 cup Gluten Free rolled oats
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1.5 Tablespoons Chirp Nation Cricket Powder
    1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda 
    1/4 cup Almond Milk
    Fresh fruit and honey to serve (optional)

        Combine all ingredients in a blender
        Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes
        Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
        Use Coconut Oil for frying - for crisp and golden pancakes 
        Fry Spoonfuls until golden brown on both sides 
        Serve with Fresh fruit and honey
